Thank you for visiting and shopping at Qbit Traveling. We aim to provide you with the best shipping options, no matter where you live.

1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

2. Shipping Estimates
We offer worldwide shipping to ensure you can enjoy our products anywhere.

Estimated Delivery Time: 8–15 business days.

Total Delivery Time: Processing Time (1–3 days) + Shipping Time (8–15 days).

Note: These delivery times are estimates. Actual delivery times may vary due to external factors such as customs processing, postal delays, or peak seasonal volumes.

3. Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard Shipping: Free Shipping on orders over $10

4. Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will typically become active within 48–72 hours of shipment.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Qbit Traveling is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Damages
If you receive your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, then contact our support team at qbit.traveling@gmail.com immediately. Please include photos of the damage to help us expedite a replacement or refund.

7. Missing Packages
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local post office or neighbors before contacting us at qbit.traveling@gmail.com.
